LEMON FAMILY REUNION!

August 10, 11, and 12^th, 2012

The Juicy Details:

*Out-of-towners arrive Thursday night to their accommodations.  The official fun starts on Friday the 10^th, but anyone wanting to hang out and catch up the night before as people come into town, is welcome at Derek and Heidi’s anytime that evening! We’ll have treats and the kiddos can play in the basement or the park while we catch up! Don’t feel any pressure to come over that night if you’re tired from traveling, work etc. It’s totally casual and not a necessary.

The rest of the fun IS necessary! J

Friday 8/10

* Breakfast : On Your Own

* 10:00 a.m. – Meet up for Family Portrait (attire and location TBA)

* Break for lunch at homes/hotels and baby/toddler naptime

* 2:30 p.m. - Meet up at the Fairfield Inn in Layton @ 2:30 p.m.

  We will be caravanning to the Treehouse Museum in Ogden

• The Treehouse Museum is fun for all ages! Lots of hands on learning activities!!  To learn more visit www.treehousemuseum.org

* 5:30 p.m. – Travel to Layton Park for Dinner and Family Fun!

   Enjoy some yummy K.F.C., games, catching up with each other, and relaxation!

   If you have a fun outdoor game, feel free to bring it along!  Layton Park has a

   lot of shade (hooray for that!), a pretty creek with lots of ducks, two or three

   playground areas, picnic tables, and lots of grass.  It’s a big park, perfect for us!

Saturday 8/11

* Breakfast: On Your Own

* 11:00 a.m. – Arrive at Cherry Hill

Spend the day swimming and relaxing with the family! Enjoy water slides, pools, a lazy river, Pirates Cove and more! We’ll have some Subway sandwiches and sides for lunch, pizza and sides for dinner!  When we’re tired of the water we can relax, play cards, nap and catch a game of mini golf!

·         Cherry Hill is open until 8:30 p.m. We can stay until it closes or just until we’re worn out! J Our passes are good all day long.  You can come and go as needed for naps, etc.

·         Be sure to pack your swimsuits, towels, water wings or life jackets, and sunblock!  Also, flip flops or watersocks are a good idea, as there is some HOT pavement in between the water attractions!

·         Derek and Heidi will set up early that morning and get us a nice grassy, shady area with some lounge chairs.  We will also bring a pack ‘n play or two for the babies.  We will also bring a folding table and coolers for the snacks and meals.

·         Lunch and dinner will be provided, and we will ask for some help with some snacks and side dishes for the meals.

Sunday 8/12

·         Breakfast: On Your Own

·         9:00 a.m. – Meet for Church, Karl & Kristen’s Ward Building

-We will get you directions, but it’s basically on Main Street in Clearfield a little south of Karl’s house.

·         11:30 a.m. – Meet at Thad & Emily’s for Family Lunch

-Feel free to leave the lunch when needed if you need to nap a kiddo, I know we will be doing this! J

·         2:30 p.m. – Meet at Thad’s, we will carivan to Temple Square to visit church sites and such.  Nate & Jill depart for the airport around 4:00.

·         5:30-6:00 p.m. – Meet at Derek’s for Dinner, stay as long as you like!
